  • Client project deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in project agreements
  • Open-source components remain under their respective licenses

  • Not reproduce, distribute, or modify our website content without permission

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. For project deliverables, warranty terms are specified in individual service agreements. All projects include a standard 30-day warranty period for bug fixes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the project terms. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İzmir, Turkey.
